MADEC is a not-for-profit organisation and we currently enjoy Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) Status 1 with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). We can offer salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum plus meal entertainment and leasing expenses to all employees (including casual and sessional).

Annual Leave Loading
You receive 17.5% leave loading (based on your ordinary hourly rate) when annual leave is taken.
Purchased additional leave
An additional 4 weeks of leave can be purchased and paid for through your annual salary.
Incremental pay increases
We know you work hard at your job, and this is our way of rewarding you. Incremental progressions are payable to employees who achieve in a KPI and values based Performance Appraisal.

Flexible Working Conditions
We recognise the need for a healthy work/life balance and offer the opportunity for staff to adopt flexible working hours to suit both the staff member and the organisation. Subject to operational requirements arrangements may include a reduced working week, shorter hours of work and work from home.
