MADEC is an approved employer for the Pacific Seasonal Worker (PSW) program.
The PSW program assists growers and horticultural enterprises with reliable, returning workers, able to work in the Australian horticultural industry for up to seven months in a 12 month period.
Pacific Island countries include Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Tonga and Vanuatu. Growers and horticultural enterprises can contribute to worker selection.
