MADEC provides all year round Harvest Labour services to meet seasonal labour market needs. We supply labour to major harvest areas seeking large numbers of harvest workers to supplement local labour supply.
Need a hand finding harvest workers? We can help.
From single placements through to large workforces, the MADEC harvest labour team sources workers with legal work rights when and where employers need them.
Our team meets with growers to identify seasonal workforce needs. We actively promote harvest vacancies locally and nationally, and screen workers to ensure eligibility and suitability. MADEC Harvest Labour Services provides work entitlement checks and inductions. Our team advises workers about local accommodation options and access to transport, and provides ongoing support throughout the season.
