MADEC Harvest Labour Services provides work entitlement checks and inductions. Our team advises workers about local accommodation options and access to transport, and provides ongoing support throughout the season.

MADEC Harvest Labour Services: 

• Source Workers  To source workers contact the MADEC Harvest Labour Services team on 1800 062 332. Let us know of your labour requirements. Our team do the hard work and refer workers who meet your requirements, leaving you time to continue your daily commitments.

• Conduct Crop Specific Safety Inductions
  The MADEC crop-specific safety induction provides information and instruction to anyone undertaking work on a particular crop. It covers the potential hazards, risks and control measures relating to specific crop types.
  Inductions for employees are conducted daily to meet the needs of growers and labour hire contractors.
• Complete Immigration Checks
  Australian employers are expected to take reasonable steps to ensure they are not employing or contracting illegal workers. MADEC Harvest Labour Services staff check current visa details and conditions for all non- citizens.
• Issue Photo ID Cards (MADEC Work Entitlement Cards) MADEC work entitlement cards include the employee’s photo, visa details including the expiry date, and includes a scannable QR code for added security.
